Clay-limestone terroir of Kimeridgiano in the Arruda DOC, located at an altitude of over 300 metres, between the sea and the Tagus. A blend of Arinto and Vital grape varieties, the latter being very rare. Aged in used French oak barrels from the Allier forest of 400 L, 300 L and 225 L, with various low-intensity toasting regimes.

Splendid white wine reminiscent of the great Chablis Grand Cru! Beautiful texture combined with an immense limestone minerality, so saline that it reminds one of diving into the sea. Very long finish that carries a lot of tension, nerve and soil.
